A 24-hour notice is required if you need to change or cancel your massage or acupuncture appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not given, you will be charged the full session fee. To this end, we may require a current credit card on file even if you choose to pay for your services via cash or check. This policy includes Groupon and Classpass clients.
We do not accept appointments or cancellations via text message.
This policy is not meant to penalize our clients but is important for the viability and integrity of our practice. It is also important that you make your health and wellness journey a priority in your busy schedule.
