Deep Tissue Massage
Our body is made of layers of muscles, that’s muscles on top of muscles! Our specialty, deep tissue massage focuses on targeting those deeper layers of muscles to relieve muscle pain. Deep tissue massage is similar to those more classic massages except the difference is that with deep tissue massages, more pressure is applied to concentrated areas of tension. This more intense pressure helps target the deeper layers of the muscles where the pain is manifesting.
Neuromuscular Massage
Advanced Neuromuscular massage therapy combines many deep tissue techniques with the movement of myotherapy and ischemic pressure to help relieve symptoms of nerve compression, chronic pain, misalignment, and structural issues. Not only does this type of therapy apply to muscles, ligaments, and soft tissue, it is also applied to the nervous system.
